Since it's inception in 2008, The MAAS Building has been home to the arts. Our mission has always been to provide quality, affordable cultural programming to and for the Philadelphia arts community.

To celebrate 15 years of MAAS, we’re proud to launch the Maas Culture Fund: a fiscally-sponsored fund which will support a series of public artistic events throughout 2024. It aims to ensure:

Artists can perform their work without out-of-pocket costs for venue fees or equipmentTicket prices stay affordable for all in the communityAudio & tech staff are paid for their time & expertise

By creating more financially-sound opportunities for artists to perform at MAAS, we'll be able to give the wider community a larger number of quality arts events to enjoy in 2024 - and hopefully, for another 15 years! You can read more about The Culture Fund here.

Throughout the summer we'll be raising money for The Culture Fund - and we really hope you'll join us by coming to one of our events, buying a ticket to our Birthday Bash Fundraiser (see below!) or just by giving $5 online through our crowdfunding page. We appreciate you!
